About Us
Mamma Dough makes a fantastic sourdough pizza, conceived in Italy and made in South London. An excellent pizza needs top-quality ingredients. Everything that is local and in season is selected. Founder Jake and the team try every specialized ingredient; quintessential UK-made buffalo mozzarella and Shipton Mill flour, imported cured meats and wines have been selected for the kitchen and bar. There are excellent small-batch coffees, craft beers are brewed within 5 miles of the restaurant and the award-winning Owlet Natural Juices are sourced from Lamberhurst, Kent. Don't forget, the sweets are homemade as the finale of a great value "artisanal" gastronomic experience, never forgotten.
