Founder Jake and the team try every specialized ingredient; quintessential UK-made buffalo mozzarella and Shipton Mill flour, imported cured meats and wines have been selected for the kitchen and bar. There are excellent small-batch coffees, craft beers are brewed within 5 miles of the restaurant and the award-winning Owlet Natural Juices are sourced from Lamberhurst, Kent.
